Boys Middle School Cross Country, Boys Varsity Cross Country · Raider XC 14th Overall; Twins Advance to State Meet

The Wapahani Boys Cross Country team made history at Saturday’s Semi-State meet by finishing in 14th place, the school’s best ever finish in the single class cross country tournament. Also making school history for the Raiders were Seniors Nathan and Alex Herbst.  The twins were 10th and 11th place individual finishers, which were the best marks in school history and makes the first time the Raiders have had two runners advance to the state meet in….you guessed it, school history. Congratulations to Freshman Joey Dickinson, Freshman Griffen Miller, Freshman Andrew Shrock, Junior Blake Ellis and Junior Evan Galbraith on a great season and good luck to Alex and Nathan this weekend for the state meet in Terre Haute. Go Raiders.  **Pictures courtesy of Mrs. Kristen Herbst!!
