Girls Varsity Basketball · Coach Hudson Named Wapahani Girls Basketball Coach

Wapahani HS and Raider Athletics is proud to announce Scott Hudson as the new leader of the Wapahani Girls Basketball Program.  Coach Hudson is a 1986 Wes-Del Warrior Graduate and Graduate of Ball State University.  Coach Hudson is a veteran coach of 24 years with previous stops at Wes-Del, Eastside, and Evansville Central.  Coach Hudson has an overall record of 243-279 including 3 Sectional Titles, 13 overall winning seasons, and many great memories.  Coach and his wife, Sasha, will be relocating to Delaware County this summer from Evansville.

Coach Hudson is replacing Coach Brad Cutter, who recently completed his 3rd winning season as leader of the Lady Raider Basketball Program (48-25 Record at Wapahani). Brad has accepted a job in the Fayette County School District while being reunited and becoming an Assistant Coach for Kerry Brown at Connersville High School. We wish Coach Cutter the best of luck and thank you for your hard work.

The Wapahani Lady Raider Basketball Program finished the 2017-2018 Season with a 14-9 Overall Record and has currently had 9 straight winning seasons. The Raiders recently won Back to Back Delaware County Championships in 2016 and 2017. We all welcome Coach Hudson and Sasha to Wapahani Raider Country!
