Softball Clinches MEC

Softball won last night over Randolph Southern 18-1 clinching the 2016 MEC title. Great Job Girls! They play again tonight at Yorktown.

Girls Soccer Call-Out Meeting

There will be a girls’ soccer callout meeting on Tuesday, May 17 during AL in the auditorium. If you are interested in playing soccer next year sign-out and come down to the auditorium during AL.

Softball wins 2 vs. Cowan

Softball got two wins on Saturday against Cowan to move to 5-0 in the MEC and 16-7 overall. They are back in action tonight to try and clinch the MEC title at Randolph Southern.

Boys Golf wins the MEC

Congratulations to the Boys golf team for bringing home the MEC title for a third straight year.  Connor Hensley was the overall conference champion with a career low 71.  Jourdan Hill, Bryant Woodard, Levi Morrison and Levi Estep earned ALL CONFERENCE honors also. Great job boys.  The boys are back in action tonight at Daleville

Boys Golf Picks up a Win

Connor Hensley shot a 38 to help lead Wapahani to a 165-182 win over Blue River. Other Raider scores were: Hill 42 Woodard 41 Jackson 45 Morrison 44 Estep 42 Stanley 45 Wright 46 Brant 52 Haney 50 Pyle 53 The team is back in action Saturday at the MEC Championships.

Athletic Updates for 5/10

The MEC Track and Field Championships scheduled for tonight at Cowan has been postponed until tomorrow (Wednesday) at 4:30pm.  The Raider Guys and Gals will practice after school. Girls Softball will practice tonight.  The V/JV game at Blackford has been changed to a Varsity only contest starting at 6:30pm at Blackford.  The change was made

Baseball Picks up a Win

The baseball improved to 16-3 with a win over Winchester last night. They will play Delta in the County Tourney Wednesday in the 2nd game at Yorktown.    

Softball Loses vs. Lapel

The Lady Raider Softball Team lost to rival Lapel last night 5-2. The Lady Raider were led by Annie Schuck who went 3-4, Amaya Smith who went 2-3 and Kaija Aikman who had 6 strikeouts. The team is back in action on Wednesday at Blackford.        

Boys Golf Loses a Close One

The Boys Golf Team lost a cold and wet match to Yorktown last night 161-183. This experience will no doubt help the Raiders as they continue on in their season. Team scores were: Hensley 41 Woodard 46 Hill 44 Morrison 52 Estep 53 Stanley 56 Jackson 53 Wright 54 Brant 60 Pyle 61 Haney 60
