Girls Soccer Play Tough in Loss

Girls Golf 2nd at Hickory

The Wapahani Girls Golf team competed last night versus Muncie Central and Monroe Central at Hickory Hills.  The Raiders finished 2nd beating Monroe Central and losing to Muncie Central.  The Raiders shot a 225 overall. Raider VB Wins Again

The Wapahani Raider Volleyball team defeated the Union Rockets last night at Union 25-10, 25-9, 25-13. Sophomore Sarah Orme had 5 kills and 8 aces. Junior Lexi Spence had 9 digs and 30 assists. The Raider JV won 25-19, 25-11. Next game is Wednesday at Madison Grant.

Girls Soccer Lose at New Castle

The Wapahani Girls Soccer team traveled to New Castle on Saturday morning to compete versus a tough Trojan squad.  The Girls lost 12-0 in the varsity match and 7-0 in the JV match.  The Lady Raiders will be back in action this Tuesday at home versus the Mississinewa Indians.

Boys Soccer Defeated by Liberty Christian

The WHS Boys Soccer team lost Friday night at home to the Liberty Christian Lions.  The boys lost 7-1 with the lone goal being scored by Freshman Sofani Buck.  The boys will be back in action this Tuesday September 13th at Mississinewa HS in Gas City.

WHS XC Competes at Blackford

The WHS Boys Cross Country team finished 3rd in Saturday’s Blackford Invitational in wet conditions.  The WHS Girls Team did not post score due to only 4 girls running this Saturday.  Individually, Nathan Herbst finished 2nd and Alex Herbst finished 3rd for the Raiders. Evan Galbraith and Olivia Neal posted season best times as well.

Girls Soccer 10am is now Varsity First at NC

The Girls Soccer Match scheduled for Saturday (tomorrow) at New Castle is now Varsity first 10am with JV to follow around 12 noon.  The match will still be played at New Castle HS.

Girls Soccer Lose at Blackford

The Raider Girls Soccer team lost last night at Blackford by a score of 6-1.  The Raiders will be back in action Saturday at New Castle.  The JV game will start at 10am with the Varsity game to follow around 12 noon.  Good Luck Lady Soccer.
