Girls Soccer Beats Anderson to Stay Undefeated

The Lady Raiders Soccer Team traveled to Anderson High School on Monday evening and beat the Tribe 2-1 on a beautiful Fall Night.  The Raiders showed great teamwork and hustle throughout the match and improved their overall record to 2-0 on the short season. Raiders 3rd at DCAA Meet

The Wapahani girls golf team finished third in the Delaware County last night at the Elks.  This DCAA Meet had been rescheduled two previous times due to weather. Two standouts for the Raiders were: Senior Emily Rausch, who finished 3rd overall and Senior Laci Green, who finished 10th.   Both Raiders earned All County honors. 

Cross Country Competes in County vs. County

They Boys Cross Country team was part of the winning Delaware County Team in the County vs County Invitational on Saturday. Raider Fans: One more week down and finally the start of the 2016 Wapahani Fall Athletic Season!  Last night, our WHS Girls Soccer Team opened up our newly renovated Raider Field with an exciting 5-3 victory over the Muncie Central Bearcats.  Great win Ladies and Coach Zeiger.  This is the 1st opening win in WHS

Boys Soccer Lose at Muncie Central

The Wapahani Boys Soccer team lost their opener at Muncie Central 6-0 last night.  The young Raiders competed tough throughout the match and showed a lot of heart.  Coach Henderson was excited to get the season started and excited to see the team improve. Boys & Girls Cross Country Open Strong

The Boys Cross Country Team placed 7 in the top 12 overall to WIN the Ethan Cheesman Invitational. Alex Herbst and Fred Johnson were top 5 individual medal winners for the Raiders. The Girls team saw 2 harriers place in the top 10 overall with Melissa Rahe placing 10th and Haylee Cooper with a Runner-Up

Girls Golf Lose Close One to Daleville; Rausch Medalist

The Wapahani Girls Golf team lost to Daleville last night at Crestview GC by one stroke 223-224.  The scores for Wapahani (1-3 overall) were: Rausch 43 medalist Snider 58 Vannater 64 Green 59 Johns 65 L. Hood n/a S. Hood n/a S. Good n/a.  Senior Emily Rausch was the overall medalist after shooting a 43.  Girls

Girls Soccer Win Opening Match

The Wapahani Girls Soccer team opened up their 2016 Season with huge win at home vs the Muncie Central Bearcats 5-3.  The girls were playing on the newly renovated Raider Field and played with heart and hustle the entire 80 minutes.  Goals were scored by:  Katie Zeiger, Audrey Hunt, Anastasia Gardener, Lexah Dornick, and Faith

The Boys Soccer team will open up their 2016 Soccer Season tonight at Muncie Central 5pm start.  The boys return several key players from last year and look to mix our upperclassmen with added Freshman and Sophomores.  The Boys and Coach Henderson have been working hard and ready to get started.  Best wishes guys.  

Wapahani XC Teams Get Started Tonight at Cheesman Invite

The Boys and Girls XC Teams finally open up their 2016 Campaign tonight as they compete in the Ethan Cheesman Memorial Invitational at Union (Modoc).  The Boys return 6 guys from last year including the Dynamic Duo of Juniors Nathan and Alex Herbst.  Best of luck to Coach Stevenson and the Raider Boys XC Team.  The
