Lady Raider XC Team Competes at Rushville

The Wapahani Girls Cross Country competed this Saturday at Rushville.  The girls were unable to field a complete team but did have some great times led by Haylee Cooper who finished 19th and recorded her best time of the season!  The Lady Raiders XC team will be back in action this Tuesday in the Wapahani

Boys XC Finish 4th At Rushville

The Wapahani Boys Cross Country Team finished 4th out of 23 teams in the Rushville Invitational. The Raiders were led by Junior Nathan Herbst who posted a 3rd place finish in the 136 man field. Junior Alex Herbst also placed well in the meet with a 12th place overall finish.  The Boys XC team will

Volleyball Raiders Win 2016 WHS Invitational

The Wapahani Raider Volleyball team stayed undefeated and improved to 5-0 on the season with wins over Shenandoah (25-20, 27-25), Knightstown (25-12, 25-6), and Homestead (22-25, 25-9, 15-9).  The Lady Raiders will be back in action this Tuesday at Home vs Delaware County Rival Yorktown 6pm JV start.  See you Tuesday night!

Raider VB Improves to 2-0

The Wapahani Volleyball team beat Wes-Del on the road Thursday night to improve to 2-0 on the short season.  The Raiders won 25-13, 25-11, 25-11.  The JV Raiders also won in 3 set victory over a hardworking WD JV team.  The Varsity Raiders will play this Saturday as we host the 2016 Wapahani Invitational starting

Girls Golf Gets a Win

The Lady Raider Girls Golf Team beat Shenandoah last night with a score of 223. Emily Rausch and Abby Snider were co-medalist shooting 53. Other scores included: Green 58 L. Hood 59 Good 68 Johns 62 Vannater 64 S. Hood 68 The team will battle for a MEC Championship on Saturday at Maplewood at 1pm.

Girls Soccer Lose 5-1 to South Adams

The Wapahani Lady Raiders Soccer team lost their first match of the season to the visiting South Adams Starfires by a score of 5-1.  The Raiders only goal was scored by Sophomore Katie Zeiger.  The Girls overall record now stands at 2-1.  The Lady Raiders will be back in action next Wednesday at home vs

Raider Boys Soccer Wins 1st

The Wapahani Boys Soccer Team beat Anderson Prep Academy tonight 3-1 on the road for their first victory of the season.  The 3 Wapahani goals were scored by Nick Ireland, Sofani Buck, and Lucas Henson.  The Raiders improve to 1-2 overall and will play next Tuesday at home vs Knightstown.  Great win guys!    

Cross Country Competes at Pendleton

The Boys Cross Country team finished 6th out of 16 teams in a very competitive meet at the Pendleton Invitational last night. Volleyball Raiders Open Season with Win

The Wapahani Raider Volleyball team defeated Blue River 25-4, 25-14, 25-8 last night at BRV. Junior Sky Van Note led the team with 17 kills, 6 digs and 5 aces. Senior Chase Curry had 5 kills and 4 blocks. The Raider JV team won 25-11, 25-6. Next game is Thursday at Wes-Del 6pm JV start.

Raider Volleyball Ready to Go

The Lady Raider Volleyball Team will kickoff their 2016 season tonight as the travel to Blue River to battle the Vikings.  JV game starts at 6pm with the Varsity to follow.  The Raider Volleyball team was voted as the #1 team in 2A during pre-season polls.  Have a great season Lady Raiders!
