Girls Win at Union County Invite; Boys 2nd

The Wapahani Boys’ and Girls’ Cross Country Teams competed in the Union County Early Bird Invitational on Wednesday Night in Liberty, IN.  The rain did not slow the boy or girls down as both teams showed great potential. Several Wapahani Fall Student-Athletes were selected 2017 Academic All-MEC for the 1st Nine weeks of this school year.  According to the MEC Bylaws, a Student must be a varsity letterwinner, must possess a 3.5/4.0 GPA for current Grading Period, and must be recommended by the School Administration.  Students recognized as MEC Academic All- Conference athletes

50 Raiders Who Cook This Thursday

Join the Wapahani Raider Athletics Family this Thursday at Wapahani HS for 50 Raiders Who Cook.  This is a Crockpot Cookoff with all proceeds to benefit the WHS Athletic Department.  The event will start at 6pm and last until 8pm.  Tickets are $5 in advance at the WHS Office and $6 at the door.  Tickets

Wulff, Neal End XC Season at Regional

Congratulations to Sophomore Lexi Wulff and Junior Olivia Neal who competed in the IHSAA Regional this past Saturday.  The Girls both ran hard and ended their 2017 XC Season at the Regionals.  Olivia Neal finished 24th overall while Lexi Wulff finished 37th overall.  Great Job Ladies.

Girls XC 6th at Sectional; Neal and Wulff Move on

The Wapahani Raider XC Team competed on Saturday morning at the Muncie Sportsplex Sectional hosted by Delta HS.  The Raiders ran hard while finishing in 6th place overall.  The Raiders were led by Junior Olivia Neal with a  9th place finish and Sophomore Lex Wulff with a 15th place finish.  Both girls will advance to

Raider Girls 4th at MEC

The Wapahani Raider Girls XC competed on Saturday at the MEC Championships hosted by Blue River Valley.  The Girls have continued to train hard and improve throughout the season.  The Lady Raiders finished 4th on Saturday and were led by Junior Olivia Neal with a 7th place finish overall.  Neal was named All-MEC for her
